From Russia with Love???

Well maybe the love bit is rather exaggerated! Regardless I have had the firt of what I hope are many contract offers - all gratefully accepted, and a couple of them are looking at some really interesting areas - like the accountability stuff I wanted to do with ICELE (gosh that seems a long time ago now!). I've got my business phone number through too, so once I have bought my URL and got my website posted it will be very heavily advertised here!!

Talking of ICELE it seems that Ian Cuddy at Public Sector Forum is having a go again! This is the second post I am aware of, neither of which seem to be very supportive! Mind you it is good publicity for the Budapest Symposium!

Have to say life is certainly a challenge at the moment - now waiting to find out if the other half is being made redundant or not! Never mind I always was up for a challenge, and having spent most of last week reinventing myself with a hair cut, change of colour, a few new clothes and a lot of home decorating, I am up for that very challenge! Well I am if and when it hits me on the head!

Discovered a very nice Chardonney as well (did I spell that right? - not my best talent - wine spellings!) Intend to buy more of that and put it to good use. Also started collecting screw topped beer bottles as I intend to go back into brewing my own! That was something I really enjoyed - the making rather than the drinking, and gave it up when I had no hours to spare! I should look out the wine making stuff too - Elderflower Champagne is the best you know!

Well I will be back again when I have something interesting to say - or a couple of those contracts under my belt so no-one can influence me getting them!
