How do you define a quality training provider?

If you have the answer to this question do let me know - it will save hours and hours of work! I'm trying to complete an article on exactly this... and it is no easy feat!

Do you base criteria on qualifications? Not everyone can afford these - and which do you quote?

Experience may be another option to explore - but how much constitutes the right amount and is it different if you look at training delivery experience as opposed to subject experience?

Cost - well there is a minefield - where do you draw the comparison between cost in £ terms, cost in time terms and cost v quality?

It seems to me that this is a series of horses in a race - some are winners, some not, conditions of the track make the potential for winning vary considerably until actually even if you study the form really, really well you still may be betting on the wrong horse - and the nag that you thought was a definite loser - comes in first!
